Dynamic Project Solutions offers a number of services and caters to clients with projects that don’t fall within any standard practices. I help Artists execute large-scale projects by assisting in many capacities. I manage construction projects that don’t follow a typical project pathway or fall into a typical trade or industry. I work with clients to optimize operations, establishing higher quality, efficiency, and ultimately more profit. My adaptability allows me to leverage my experience bringing value to an array of clients across a variety of industries.
The most common clients that I work with are Artists, Architects, and Developers. With my diverse experience, my services can be applied to any client who has a concept but isn’t quite sure how to execute it. If engaged to take on a project, I will work with my client to ensure I understand the concept’s end goal, assemble the right team for the project, and oversee every step of the project for a successful execution.
Artist Collaboration
I love collaborating with Artists at all stages of their careers to bring their visions to life. Whether working with emerging talents striving to reach the next level or established veterans with extensive portfolios, I am honored to be the trusted bridge between artistic concepts and physical reality. I am able to work with an artist in whatever capacity they are comfortable, including but not limited to:
Collaborate with established artists, integrating into their team and process while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
I guide emerging artists through the challenges of executing large-scale concepts. I am happy to equip them with the tools to manage future projects independently. Alternatively, I am comfortable allowing the artist to focus purely on creative expression while I execute the logistics.

While it's ideal for me to join a team early in a project, I can seamlessly integrate at any stage if I am the right fit.
I have years of experience working across various trades in residential, commercial, and civil construction. I add value to projects for developers, architects, contractors or any other client looking to execute complex builds. If your project or an element of your project falls outside standard construction practices, I can find the best path to ensure successful execution through:
Contracting, management, and coordination of a team of Engineers, Architects, Digital Designers, Consultants, Contractors, Fabricators, Installers, or any individuals or companies necessary for the successful execution of the Development, Fabrication, and/or Installation of a project.
I can leverage the relationships that I have developed through my career as appropriate or develop new relationships that best fit the skillsets necessary for the project’s successful execution. Management or collaboration with an existing team, however, is best suited for the project.
Preparation and negotiation of client and/or subcontractor agreements.
I can leverage established relationships or build new ones to ensure the project has the necessary skillsets for successful execution. Whether managing or collaborating with an existing team, I adapt to what best suits the project.
I can handle contract negotiations, permit acquisition, fabrication oversight, quality control, installion, project documentation, financial analysis and any logistics necessary to ensure the successful execution of a project.
Installation mobilization and demobilization logistics.
Closeout of projects includes financial analysis and final documentation to ensure any future reference to the project is clear and easy.
Construction Project Management
Management of an entire project from the inception of Schematic Design through the successful execution of all elements of the project.
I can be engaged at any stage/phase of a project. I always recommend that I be engaged as early as possible to allow for a more cohesive execution, but I understand that isn’t always feasible.
I am available to help resolve challenges, optimize schedules and budgets, and work with the team to develop the best path forward for successful project completion.
Capable of developing a project from a simple “Napkin Sketch” into a fully defined and engineered concept by engaging and managing the necessary professionals required or by collaborating with an existing team.
Establish the budget and schedule of the project with continued tracking and reporting throughout the project.
Research and develop the best materials and methods to execute a concept, ensuring the final product meets the highest quality within the budget. If better options outside the budget are identified during R&D, these alternatives will be explored and presented to the client, ensuring all options and their impacts are considered.
Management of design development phases, producing detailed construction and fabrication documents, by coordinating clear communication and ensuring that all team members meet deadlines.
